Backers include Sequoia Capital, Cyberstarts, Greenoaks, and Redpoint Ventures, with additional participation from Index Ventures, Lux Capital, Operator Collective, Swish Ventures, and Holly Ventures.
The company was co-founded by Roi Tiger (former Meta VP of Engineering), Omer Singer (former Snowflake cybersecurity strategy head), Ophir Arie (former Claroty VP of R&D), and Arnon Joseph (former Meta engineering leader). COO Emily Heath is a former CISO at United Airlines and DocuSign and served on the board of Wiz through its $32 billion acquisition by Google.
Glow's platform uses specialized AI agents to continuously map enterprise environments, assess risk in real time, and enforce security policies across employee devices, AI agents, and developer tools. The startup cites growing enterprise AI adoption and increasingly sophisticated AI-assisted cyberattacks — including concerns raised after Anthropic unveiled its Mythos model — as key market drivers.
"If you think of the past decade, everything was moving to the cloud and SaaS. Suddenly, AI lands on the endpoint in a way we've never seen," CEO Tiger said. The platform leverages Anthropic and Google Gemini models via Amazon Bedrock. Glow already has paying customers in healthcare, retail, and financial services, with typical deployments spanning tens of thousands of devices, though specific customer names and counts were not disclosed.
