The model runs in 4 steps versus 50, generating 5-second 720p clips in 45 seconds on NVIDIA H200 GPU compared to 1,230 seconds for original. Priced at ₹0.48 ($0.005) per second versus $0.10+ for competitors like Veo and Luma. Varya recognizes Indian cultural elements including festivals, food, clothing and architecture.
