Jensen Huang: Nvidia to grow 70% next year, eyes $680B revenue
Original: Jensen Huang explains why Nvidia will grow an astounding 70% next year
Why This Matters
Nvidia's projected $680B revenue target signals continued AI infrastructure spending dominance into 2027.
Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang reiterated at the Goldman Sachs Communacopia + Technology conference on September 10, 2026, that the company expects 70% year-over-year revenue growth next year. Analysts project Nvidia's current fiscal year revenue at ~$400B, implying ~$680B next year.
At the Goldman Sachs Communacopia + Technology conference, Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang reaffirmed his earlier guidance that Nvidia could grow revenues by 70% year-over-year in the coming fiscal year. Analysts estimate current-year revenue at approximately $400 billion, placing next year's target near $680 billion.
Huang pushed back on the notion that Nvidia is simply a chip company. 'One GPU now is not $399. It's $8.5 million dollars. That's one GPU, all connected with NVLink, 2 million parts, 250,000 kilowatts,' he said, noting the company ships thousands of these systems. He added that a combined Grace CPU and Blackwell GPU system is currently seeing 27% month-over-month sales growth.
On competition from hyperscalers (Amazon, Microsoft, Google) and AI labs (OpenAI, Anthropic) building their own chips, Huang argued Nvidia's breadth sets it apart. 'Nvidia runs every model. Every single lab can use us,' he said, describing the company as 'a foundational platform of the AI ecosystem.' He also noted Nvidia tracks every data center development globally—land, power, and building shells—through its extensive partner network of OEMs, neoclouds, and cloud providers.
