The company converts API specifications into SDKs across TypeScript, Python, Go, Java, Kotlin and other languages. Katelyn Lesse, Head of Platform Engineering at Anthropic, stated that agents are only as useful as what they can connect to, emphasizing the strategic importance for Claude's connectivity. Alex Rattray, Stainless founder and CEO, noted that Anthropic was among the first to invest in their SDK approach.
