YouTube ने AI-generated content की transparency बढ़ाने के लिए नई नीति की घोषणा की है। प्लेटफॉर्म अब photorealistic और AI-altered content के लिए अधिक prominent labeling करेगा। Long-form videos में label video player के नीचे और Shorts में video overlay के रूप में दिखेगा। मुख्य बदलाव यह है कि मई 2026 से YouTube automatic AI detection system शुरू करेगा। यदि creators manual disclosure नहीं करते तो internal signals के माध्यम से AI content को identify करके automatic labeling होगी। Creators गलत identification के case में YouTube Studio से disclosure status update कर सकते हैं। हालांकि कुछ cases में disclosure permanent रहेगी जैसे YouTube के अपने AI tools (Veo, Dream Screen) से बने content या C2PA metadata वाले videos में। YouTube team ने स्पष्ट किया कि disclosure label से video recommendation या monetization eligibility प्रभावित नहीं होगी।
