Naïve provides a single API that packages payments, email, phone numbers, cloud infrastructure, storage, and company incorporation, allowing AI agents to automate the bulk of business setup and operations. Developers supply a prompt to tools like Cursor, Claude Code, or Codex, which connect to Naïve's API to provision infrastructure. The platform can orchestrate the formation of a U.S. LLC and set up email inboxes, virtual cards, phone numbers, databases, computing resources, and integrations with services like Stripe and QuickBooks. A governance layer allows users to set budgets, restrict agent capabilities, and require human approval for sensitive actions. KYC/KYB processes still require human involvement. The company also offers templates for AI SEO, full-stack SaaS apps, recruiting, accounting, and customer support.
